Salary: £85 – £95 per hour (Dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are seeking a primary focussed teaching assistant with some experience of working with intervention groups to support a school in the Emsworth area. The school are looking for an empathetic, creative and inclusive individual to join their happy, close-knot team.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting Primary school children to learn and thrive
* Providing 1:1 or small group support where required.
* Supporting whole class sessions where appropriate
* Encouraging students to build independence, confidence, and resilience.
* Adapting resources and learning to support those that need extra support
What We’re Looking For
* Someone with experience in a primary school setting (desired)
* Some experience working with children with additional needs such as ADHD, Autism and SEMH
* An empathetic approach that fosters self-belief and confidence
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
