Residential Support Worker - Westbury
£15.29-£15.61 per hour | £50 sleep-ins

We're looking for caring, resilient individuals who can build positive relationships, support daily routines, and provide a safe, nurturing environment. No experience is required - full training and shadow shifts are provided.
What You'll Do
* Support children with routines, activities, and appointments
* Safeguard their wellbeing and offer emotional support
* Assist with household tasks
* Complete reports, paperwork, and structured plans
What We Need
* Age 22+ (Ofsted requirement)
* Manual driving licence
* Calm, compassionate, reliable, and consistent
