Ofsted Good School Leader Group is delighted to be supporting the recruitment of a Deputy Headteacher for our client, a well-established specialist SEMH school in Scunthorpe. Up to £55K | Full Time (40 hours/week).
Responsibilities
* Be a visible and proactive member of the senior leadership team.
* Lead on staff development and embed best practice across the school.
* Support the Headteacher with the School Development Plan.
* Contribute to whole-school improvement and student outcomes.
* Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.

* Someone with the skills to develop staff and foster a collaborative, reflective culture.
* A leader who can inspire high expectations and shape a curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
* An excellent communicator, confident in deputising for the Headteacher.
