We have developed a unique modelling and analytics platform to help international corporations assess their risks and opportunities presented by rising temperatures, climate-related policy, and emerging technologies in our changing world. Our SaaS solutions help companies produce climate-related compliance analytics, navigate their pathway to Net Zero, and perform scientifically based cost benefit comparisons of emission reduction strategies versus their risks. We also offer enterprise-level risk analytics for a wide variety of non-climate-change threats and trends. We have a blue-chip client base with a growing list of globally recognised brands. The pedigree of our solutions is supported by our deep academic roots that go back to the Business School in the University of Cambridge (UK) and the close ties we maintain to the Cambridge Centre for Risk Studies. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape our Rev Ops f unction. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be a critical bridge between our GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Client Success) and Finance, ensuring strong alignment, optimizing seamless processes, data integrity, and operational efficiency to support our rapid growth. You will be the go-to expert for our sales systems and will play a key role in driving revenue predictability and growth. Key Responsibilities: Area Tasks Reporting & Analytics - Full-Funnel Analysis: Track and analyse key metrics including MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, win rates, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). - Performance Benchmarking: Analyse sales rep performance and territory health to identify coaching opportunities or capacity needs. - Forecasting: Build and maintain reliable revenue forecasts to help Finance and Leadership plan for growth. - Lifecycle Management: Define and manage the "hand-off" processes between Marketing, Sales, and Success to ensure no leads or customers fall through the cracks. - Pipeline Hygiene: Audit Salesforce regularly to ensure data integrity and that the sales team is following defined stages and protocols. - Sales Cycle: Identify bottlenecks in the "Time to Conversion" and implement process changes to shorten the sales cycle. - Reporting: Support monthly and quarterly management and Board reporting CRM & Systems Management - Own the administration and optimization of our Salesforce instance, including user management, data integrity, dashboards, and workflow automation. - Manage our HubSpot integration with Salesforce and support consistent analytics and reporting across our marketing-to-sales funnel/pipeline. - Evaluate our current "RevTech" stack and recommend new tools and integrations that drive efficiency or improve reporting and analysis capabilities across GTM functions Data & Process Integrity - Establish and maintain data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems. - Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales and finance processes. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role within a larger B2B SaaS company. Some experience of smaller high-growth scale-up businesses also preferred. Salesforce Expertise: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce is essential. You should be comfortable building reports, dashboards, custom objects, and managing complex workflows. HubSpot Knowledge: Familiarity with HubSpot and its integration with Salesforce is required. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Data Visualisation: Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI (or similar) to provide real-time visibility into company KPIs. Collaborative Spirit: A proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional role, supporting both sales and finance stakeholders. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex processes to a variety of audiences.
