Installations Coordinator People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Installations Coordinator to join our well-established client based in Nuneaton, on a full-time permanent basis. Shifts : Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 16.30pm Salary : £26,322 per annum Benefits include: Full-time, permanent position Working hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday Company pension scheme Full training and ongoing support Opportunity to develop within a growing company Supportive and friendly team environment Day-to-day duties: As an Installations Coordinator, your duties will include (but not be limited to): Scheduling and coordinating installation appointments Liaising with customers and fitting teams by phone and email Supporting the Installations Team with daily administration and planning Monitoring installation schedules and resolving any changes or issues Maintaining accurate records on internal systems and spreadsheets Ensuring excellent customer service at all times Essential skills: To be successful as an Installations Coordinator, you will need: Previous experience within glazing, windows, doors or construction preferred Confident and professional telephone manner Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities Comfortable working independently and using initiative Able to work well under pressure Good IT skills including Word, Outlook and spreadsheets Training Full training will be provided, with ongoing development support.
