Multi Skilled Joiner Required!
Daniel Owen are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Joiner to carry out a series of responsive repairs on social housing located in the Manchester area. This will initially be a temporary position with the opportunity to be taken on permanently. Reporting to the Site Manager you will take full responsibility for responsive repairs. Ideally looking for someone with a Joinery background who is multi skilled.

Job Type: Contract (temp to perm)
Start date: Immediate
Working Days/Hours: Monday to Fridays 8am to 4pm with overtime opportunities
Location: Manchester
Salary: £18.60 - £20.85 PAYE (£35,079) + Overtime rates.
Benefits: Fuel Card + Van
Requirements:
* Joiner qualification
* Joinery, plastering, tiling, basic plumbing experience
* Multi skilled
* Time served Tradesperson or qualified to appropriate level
* Ability to use IT systems
