Assistant Clinic Manager - Ophthalmology

Are you an experienced healthcare professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care? Our clients clinic is seeking an Assistant Manager to support day-to-day operations and staff management at our location Shepherd's Bush.

Requirements:
* Minimum three years' healthcare management or supervisory experience
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Proficiency in administrative and management tasks
* Knowledge of ophthalmic or surgical procedures is an advantage
* Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Responsibilities:
* Support daily clinic operations and maintain efficient workflow
* Oversee scheduling for surgeries and patient appointments
* Address patient enquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
* Carry out diagnostic scans when required
* Supervise and support staff performance and development
* Monitor inventory, finances, and billing processes
* Maintain accurate patient records
* Assist with quality improvement initiatives
* Coordinate local marketing and community outreach activities
The clinic operates Monday to Sunday between 8am-7pm and you will be contracted for four hours a week over five days within these times.
