The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support learning and create a positive classroom environment where pupils feel confident and engaged.
Your responsibilities may include:
• Supporting pupils during lessons across the primary curriculum
• Working with small groups to reinforce learning and understanding
• Assisting the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Encouraging pupil participation and confidence
• Helping to maintain a structured and positive learning environment
