Our mission is to help people change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals, and live life to its full potential. It’s often overwhelming for the people we support to make changes in their lives and to try something new. In this role, you could be a part of someone’s journey to a healthier, happier, more connected life. As an Alcohol support volunteer, you will be working as part of the Alcohol team, assisting them in their caseload management, supporting the service user through all aspects of their treatment journey. This can include completing assessments, supporting people to attend community and inpatient detox’s, assisting group work and undertaking one to one work. You will be an integral team member and will play an active role in helping our service users achieve their goals. You will receive training and support and you could work towards holding a small caseload of clients. If empathy, resilience and making a real difference matter to you, then please do not hesitate to apply and help change lives. 10/4/2026 Jacqui Stevens | Jacqui.stevens@cgl.org.uk | 07769159248 Please note that we require you to be 18 years of age or older to be considered for this volunteering role.
