A global bank is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead a major programme establishing a new IT Asset Holding Company. This role involves leading workshops, documenting business requirements, and assessing impacts on IT and business processes. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Legal, Risk, Compliance) to ensure smooth delivery of change initiatives. Details: Title : Business Analyst Start date : ASAP Rate : £550 - £600 / day Inside IR35 Duration: Initial 6 months Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale transformation projects, within banking or financial services. Strong facilitation skills - Track record of leading workshops and working group discussions effectively. Recent experience with Financial Services is essential. Must have extensive experience defining Finance Target Operating Models (TOMs) Ability to perform gap analysis for IT requirements and collaborate with technical teams.
