An exciting opportunity has become available for a Maths Teacher to join a successful Secondary school in Pudsey.
The school is looking to appoint someone who is passionate, creative and has a thorough knowledge of their specialist subject.
Requirements of the job:
1. An enhanced DBS on the update service
2. PGCE Qualification
3. Strong knowledge of the subject curriculum
4. A great work ethic
Your responsibilities will include:
5. Planning and delivering a range of engaging lessons
6. Create a positive learning environment through well planned lessons
7. Teaching KS3/KS4 - the ability to speak KS5 is an advantage
8. Mark work, give appropriate feedback and maintain records of pupil progress and development
9. Research new topic areas, maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge, and devise and write new curriculum materials as required
10. Ensuring the safeguarding of all students
