* Provide training and support to estate agency colleagues
* Explain Mortgage & Insurance products to clients in a simple & clear way
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Meet & exceed sales targets
* Maintain excellent existing & new client relationships
* Source the best products for your clients circumstances
* Guide clients through the process from the start until the finish in an empathetic way
Requirements
