Job Overview

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of your store. This includes leading and developing your team, managing day-to-day operations, and driving sales while controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop your store team to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient store operations.
* Manage store finances, including profit and loss statements, to drive business growth and profitability.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
* Maintain a positive and productive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and open communication.
* Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.


Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fast-food industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving store profitability.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
