🧭 The Role
As PA to the Founder, you’ll be the backbone of their daily operations – ensuring time, focus, and energy are spent where they matter most. This isn’t just diary management; it’s about enabling leadership at its best.
Your day might include:
1. Managing meetings, and global travel logistics
2. Acting as a trusted liaison between the Founder and internal/external partners
3. Preparing briefings, research summaries, and presentations on humanitarian initiatives
4. Coordinating events, projects, and stakeholder communications
5. General office duties – top up coffee, paper, stationery – not job too big or small
