🧭 The Role
As PA to the Founder, you'll be the backbone of their daily operations - ensuring time, focus, and energy are spent where they matter most. This isn't just diary management; it's about enabling leadership at its best.
Your day might include:
Managing meetings, and global travel logistics
Acting as a trusted liaison between the Founder and internal/external partners
Preparing briefings, research summaries, and presentations on humanitarian initiatives
Coordinating events, projects, and stakeholder communications
General office duties - top up coffee, paper, stationery - not job too big or small🌱 About You
You're a natural organiser and problem-solver, with a heart for humanity and a mind for logistics. You bring professionalism, discretion, and initiative to everything you do.

Exceptionally detail-oriented yet sees the bigger picture
Confident communicating across cultures and seniority levels
Skilled in project management, scheduling, and written communication
