You will be joining a leading, well-established contractor with a strong reputation for deliveringplex civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the UK. With a robust pipeline of work and continued growth, they are looking to strengthen theirmercial team with an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Your new role
As Senior Civil QS, you will play a key role in the successfulmercial delivery of major civils projects. You will be responsible for managing costs, contractual matters, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards. This role will involve collaboration with project teams across multiple UK sites.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have:
1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
2. Strong knowledge of UK construction contracts ( NEC)
3. Excellentmercial awareness and negotiation skills
4. Flexibility to travel and work across UK project sites
