Role Overview As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will: * Lead site inspections, assessing building conditions and identifying defects. * Produce high-quality, detailed reports with clear, actionable recommendations. * Manage projects across multiple sectors including prime residential, healthcare, education, heritage, and leisure. * Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and stakeholders — acting as a trusted advisor. * Ensure compliance with all building regulations, statutory obligations, and H&S standards. * Maintain rigorous project documentation and uphold quality assurance processes. About You * MRICS qualified (or actively working toward chartered status). * Proven experience leading surveys and managing multi-sector projects. * Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and regulatory compliance. * Commercially astute, client-focused, and confident in front of stakeholders. * Exceptional analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. * Proficient with CAD and industry-standard surveying tools. * Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. * Bonus: Awareness of sustainability, energy efficiency, and building performance assessment.
