Job Description:
As a Lidl Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading your team and managing store operations. Your responsibilities include developing and inspiring your team, managing daily store performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be responsible for achieving KPIs and creating a positive environment where colleagues can excel.
