Business Support Analyst

We are recruiting a Business Support Analyst to support a global operation within the construction and mining equipment sector. This is a technical, fast-paced role handling system tickets and supporting international stakeholders with orders, invoicing, and system queries.
Key Requirements:
* Experience with orders and invoicing
* Strong SAP or CMOPS experience
* Salesforce experience
* Minimum 2+ years' industry experience automotive/manufacturing also considered.
* This is a business role, not an IT role. We are looking for experience working with customers, business partners, etc.
* Degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or similar)
Working Pattern:
* Fully on-site in Desford
* Core hours 08:00–17:00 (some flexibility)
