Caribbean Blinds is the UK’s leading family-owned manufacturer of external shading systems. Following continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Estimator & Sales Support to join our friendly and dynamic team at our Sudbury headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on the most suitable external shading products for their needs
* Highlight product features and benefits
* Prepare and send estimates, and follow up with clients
* Follow up on formal quotations post-survey
* Assist with order entry and client communications
* Set up new client profiles and send product samples
* General administrative duties, including answering phones and email correspondence
What You’ll Need:
* Minimum 1 year of sales support experience (required)
* Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Experience with HubSpot is a bonus, but not essential
* A team-player attitude and willingness to learn (industry-specific training provided)
