Night Care Assistant Care and Support - Almond Valley Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: £13.55 Per Hour Shift Type: Nights Contracted hours: 44 Almond Valley Care Home is a purpose built 66 bed care home located in Almondside, Livingston. Providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care, the home offers a modern, high quality environment where team members can deliver person centred care, develop their skills and be part of a supportive and welcoming team. Care Assistant £13.55 per hour 42 to 44 hours per week, including alternate weekends Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided, onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Full training and ongoing development opportunities Role Overview As a Care Assistant, this role plays an important part in supporting residents with their daily routines, ensuring care is delivered with dignity, respect and compassion. This opportunity is open to both new and experienced candidates, with full training and support provided. Working as part of a close knit team, the role supports residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily activities, helping to promote independence and overall wellbeing. Care is delivered in line with individual care plans, ensuring a consistent and person centred approach. The role also involves building positive relationships with residents, offering reassurance and emotional support, and contributing to a safe, clean and welcoming environment where residents feel comfortable and valued.
