As an Account Manager at ThirtyThree, you'll work alongside Client Partners and Account Directors on an established portfolio of clients, managing large and complex campaigns, as well as ad-hoc projects. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality work, consistently delivering on time and on budget while developing innovative strategies to help clients attract top talent.
Key Requirements
* Manage comprehensive project lifecycles across multiple clients
* Take ownership of complete accounts or significant work streams
* Develop and execute strategic campaign concepts
* Liaise daily with clients and internal teams
* Collaborate with our in-house film production company, studio, creative, brand & insight, media, and social teams
* Create and implement project plans and proposals
* Ensure consistent high-quality delivery
Required Skills and Experience
* 3-5 years of agency experience, preferably in employer branding or recruitment marketing
* Proven track record of managing complex, multi-dimensional client projects
* Strong understanding of creative development processes
* Project management and planning capabilities
* Exceptional ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrable experience in developing client relationships
* Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly to changing client needs
