Are you an experienced Team Assistant looking to join a well-known legal firm in Edinburgh? We are excited to be working in partnership with our leading client, in Edinburgh who are looking to recruit an experienced Team Assistant, to join them in their busy Business Assurance Team. What you’ll do Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members Handle travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and expenses Act as a point of contact between the Business Assurance team and other departments Communicate effectively with external stakeholder and vendors as needed Handle inquiries and requests Arrange and coordinate team meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes Organise and prepare for key management committee meetings – preparing papers, taking, and preparing minutes and organising implementation of action points etc. Follow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely completion Assist in the preparation of materials and presentations for meetings Assist in the preparation, formatting, and distribution of reports and presentations What you’ll need Ability to work effectively in a demanding role and experience of working under pressure, often with tight deadlines Highly motivated with the ability to use initiative and be proactive is essential Excellent communication skills, demonstrates professionalism and confidence in dealing with people at all levels A strong collaborator with a can-do attitude Previous experience as an administrative assistant or team assistant is preferred Strong organisational and time-management skills High level of attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Excellent verbal and written communication skills What you’ll receive Competitive salary Generous holiday entitlement that increases with length of service Workplace pension scheme Life assurance Flexible working arrangements What’s next?
