1. Proven experience delivering IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) programs in large enterprise environments.
2. Strong facilitation skills for Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops and dependency mapping.
3. Knowledge of service-led continuity planning and hands-on experience creating practical runbooks.
4. Understanding of regulatory and business requirements for Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO).
5. Excellentmunication skills with the ability to produce clear, actionable documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have:
6. Previous experience working within Transport / Construction / Energy / Utilities organisations.
