On behalf of PwC, we are recruiting for a number of Junior Project Managers on a 4-month contract based in London on a hybrid working model.
Join us as a Junior Project Manager:
To support the Senior Learning Specialist in creating innovative, network wide training across virtual, in person, and eLearning formats. Assist with coordinating projects, contributing to instructional design, and collaborating with others to help deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.
What you'll do:
* Support projects from inception to release: facilitate project meetings, develop comprehensive project plans, and monitor progress against defined budgets.
* Management Risk and Quality Assurance: identify potential risks, communicate them proactively, and implement mitigation strategies. Champion quality assurance processes.
* Perform standard instructional design activities: Collaborate with Subject Matter Champions, learning experience designers and project leaders to create best in class training materials. Provide coaching and feedback and advise on best practice.
* Communicate effectively at all levels: Provide clear and consistent communication to the core project team and external production resources and inform the Global Assurance L&E network on key milestones.
