Full-time | Permanent | Office-based I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, professional company supplying high-quality fabricated products into the commercial sector. The business has a strong reputation for quality and is looking for someone organised, proactive and confident working in a busy office environment. The Role This position will play a key part in supporting daily accounts administration and ensuring the smooth running of the office. Key responsibilities include: Managing incoming calls and handling customer enquiries professionally Processing supplier invoices and sales orders using Sage 50 Matching invoices to deliveries and reconciling supplier statements Credit control and chasing overdue payments Processing weekly payroll Credit card reconciliations Producing Excel spreadsheets and management reports What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year's experience using Sage 50 (essential) Confident managing accounts processes including credit control Excellent IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint) Professional communication skills and strong phone manner Full UK driving licence What's On Offer 25 days holiday bank holidays (including Christmas shutdown) Company pension Company events On-site parking
