Client Services Director - Creative & Shopper Marketing Agency - London / Leeds (Hybrid)

DNA Recruit are working with a leading Creative and Shopper Marketing Agency known for delivering insight-driven strategy, creative, and activation across retail and brand environments. This agency has built a strong reputation for combining deep shopper understanding with impactful real-world execution and is now looking to strengthen its senior leadership team with a commercially driven Client Services Director.
About the Role
As Client Services Director, you will take ownership of client growth, strategic direction, and senior stakeholder relationships across a portfolio of key accounts.
Operating at a highly visible and influential level, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive revenue, unlock organic growth opportunities, and position the agency as a trusted strategic partner to its clients.
You will collaborate closely with the operational leadership team to ensure a strong balance between commercial growth and delivery excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning revenue and contribution targets across the client portfolio
* Leading senior client relationships at CMO and Marketing Director level
* Driving organic growth and account expansion across existing clients
* Setting strategic direction for key accounts and ensuring alignment with commercial objectives
* Supporting and guiding senior client services leaders to identify and convert growth opportunities
* Contributing to new business pitches and broader agency growth strategy
* Acting as a senior voice within leadership, representing client needs and opportunities
Skills and Experience Required
Essential:
* Proven experience in a senior client leadership role within a creative, marketing, or shopper agency
* Strong track record of driving revenue growth across existing client portfolios
* Excellent strategic marketing capability across multiple channels
* Experience building senior client relationships at CMO or equivalent level
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue drivers
* Ability to influence, challenge, and guide senior stakeholders
* Deep understanding of shopper marketing, retail environments, and brand activation
* Good knowledge of digital and social channels
Desirable:
* Experience within FMCG categories
* Exposure to new business pitching
* Strong industry network
Salary: Up to £100k + bonus and benefits
Location: London or Leeds (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
