Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Lutterworth on a full time, permanent basis!

As a Warehouse Administrator you willensure warehouse administration roles are done accurately and in a timely fashion so that discrepancies are identified early enough to be dealt with efficiently.

Salary:£27,000- £29,000per annum depending on experience.

Working hours:4 on 4 off, 6am-6pm.

Key Duties of a Warehouse Administrator:

1. Correct preparation and issuing of drivers paperwork.
2. Create pre-advices for arriving stock on SCE.
3. Contacting customers via email for information regarding pre-advices.
4. To maintain an integral email account according to strict protocols.
5. Order entry as required.
6. Creation of Xdock pre-advices for the Xdock process.
7. Scanning of loading manifests and drivers run sheets.
8. Emailing EPODS to depots.
