Estates Officer (Electrical Bias)

You will be part of a team responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive maintenance and installation service across the Trust's estates, ensuring the service is responsive, efficient, financially effective and of a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and installing estate facilities and equipment in accordance with health care standards.
* Identifying, prioritising and coordinating breakdowns and maintenance activities.
* Preparing technical reports and assisting with on‑call rota requirements.
* Collaborating with other engineering personnel to support safe and efficient patient care environments.
Qualifications:
* Degree in electrical or mechanical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
* Industrial Management Certificate or significant experience in a Building and Information or Engineer Technician position.
Experience:
* Experience in NHS Engineering Operations.
* Previous CP experience covering Medical Gas, Pressure Systems, Water Systems and Lifts.

Salary:
£45,952 to £55,334 a year, inclusive of a 15% Recruitment & Retention Premia.
