Position Details
The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. It is based at WestMARC, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital campus.
Role Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support to clinical teams and patient groups within West of Scotland.
2. Coordinate clinical waiting lists to ensure patients are seen within the Board’s waiting time standards.
3. Support the delivery of care for patients referred to and contacting WestMARC, including triage and coordination of repairs for Prosthetics and Wheelchair patients.
4. Assist in coordinating multidisciplinary clinics and domiciliary visits across West of Scotland, including satellite locations within territorial health boards.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have a higher standard education or equivalent knowledge and experience, with experience in administration or contact centre environments. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with the public, staff, and senior management.
