About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, sensory processing challenges, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Working closely with class teachers, therapists, and families, you will help deliver personalised learning and care that enables each child to reach their full potential.
