We now employ over 100 employees in our 87,000 square foot facility, ensuring we have the resources to deliver exceptional results on every project Due to continued growth we are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Executive Role Profile: The role is to work closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to execute marketing strategies effectively and optimise current processes to meet the company's objectives. The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including managing the CRM database to improve marketing efficiency, developing engaging digital content, enhancing brand visibility, conducting market research, and delivering analytics to inform strategic decision making. Key Responsibilities: Play a leading role in the execution of the agreed marketing plan, ensuring campaigns align with company objectives. Assist in retention of and developing existing and new customers through planned individual account support by working closely with the Sales Team, to support customer retention and lead generation. Manage and optimise our HubSpot CRM, using segmentation and automation to maximise ROI Management of the B2B event strategy as well as creating and facilitating ADS events Create content and promotional materials (photo, video and literature) which includes e mail campaigns, content writing, advertising, PR and design Promotion of the Company’s brand both online and offline Develop and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms Maintain and optimise the company website, ensuring strong SEO performance and analytics tracking Analyse marketing performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and reporting dashboards to deliver actionable insights Prepare regular reports and presentations for the leadership team to track campaign success and identify opportunities for improvement Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes: Industry recognised qualification in marketing Proven experience in marketing (ideally B2B environment). Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and marketing automation tools Hands on experience in digital marketin g, including SEO, email marketing, and social media management. Creative with good writing skills Good influencing and motivational skills Self-motivated and focused, with a flexible attitude Good attention to detail, with high levels of accuracy & a commitment to quality Able to work on & use own initiative & problem solve Strong communication, team working & people skills Positive attitude to innovation & change This position is required to be 100% site based.
