We are seeking a proactive and organised Account Manager to join a growing Customer Success team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and administrative skills who thrives in a structured, fast‑paced environment and enjoys building long‑term client relationships.
Account Manager Role
As an Account Manager, you will support the Head of Customer Success in delivering a high-quality service to clients. You will manage day‑to‑day queries, coordinate account activity, and ensure smooth service delivery across your portfolio.
Account Manager Key Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day client enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses in line with SLAs
* Act as a key point of contact for assigned client accounts
* Support administrative processes including surveys, reviews, and site meetings
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM systems
* Assist with after‑sales support to drive client retention and satisfaction
* Provide updates on account activity, performance, and upcoming tasks
* Escalate issues where required and support resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Provide cover for other Account Managers when required
What They Are Looking For
Essential
* Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or an administrative support role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable
* Experience working with CRM systems
* Exposure to client‑facing or service delivery environments
