About the Role: We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work closely with students across various age groups and abilities. You will support pupils in the classroom and during intervention activities, helping them to access learning, develop key life skills, and build confidence and independence. The role may involve one-to-one or small group support, personal care, and implementing behaviour or communication strategies tailored to individual needs.
