The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Assistant based in Hersham, Surrey. This is a temporary role for 1 to 2 weeks, with the potential for longer work for the right candidate.
Immediate start available.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 3.30pm.
You will be working in a greenhouse environment, helping to pot plants into tubs for a large client order. The role is repetitive and involves standing for most of the day, with some bending required.
Due to the location, you must be a driver.
No previous experience is needed. You just need to be reliable, hardworking, and willing to get stuck in.
Key Responsibilities
* Pot plants into tubs
* Move and organise plants within the greenhouse
* Keep work areas clean and tidy
* Follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Support general nursery duties
Requirements
* No previous experience required
* Must be a driver due to location
* Happy working in a warm greenhouse environment
* Comfortable with repetitive work and some bending
* Reliable and available for the full duration
* Physically fit and able to work on your feet
