Working with:
Internal: The wider marketing team to work as a brand unit. Channel communications teams, Customer Services, IT and Design. All sales channels with laser focus on Ecommerce (UK & USA), Personal websites and internal HUB website for SPA TO GO, Amazon marketplace and TikTok Shop.
External: 3rd party marketing platforms

Job Description
As a Digital Content Administrator, you will execute the content across 4 brand websites and build all brand emails with accuracy across multiple CMS and ESP platforms. You will work closely with the wider Ecommerce, Marketing, and Communications teams, reporting directly and taking direction from the Senior Marketing Manager for Global Ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage all online content, including rich content pages, ensuring content is structured and optimised in line with SEO best practice.
* Ensure all product listings are accurate and fully optimised, with metadata, imagery, and content aligned with SEO best practices and territory requirements.
* Create and maintain HTML and CSS templates for email campaigns and website pages.
* Ensure accurate scheduling and maintenance of all content, including promotions, email campaigns, and website/marketplace updates.
* Configure and test complex rules engines to implement targeted promotions.
* Upload, manage, and create email content, including HTML templates, dynamic content, and personalised campaigns.
* Investigate and resolve issues with held website orders.
* Provide technical support to the Customer Services Team.
* Part of the testing panel for software upgrades.
* Collaborate with ecommerce, marketing and IT teams to ensure website content is accurate, optimised for search and aligned with campaign activity.
* Responsible for the accuracy of execution of all day‑to‑day, promotional and monthly campaign content.
Monthly Content Updates
Implement content updates across all brand websites with time for testing and review.
Ensure product listings are updated where necessary, with time for testing and review.
Ensure all new and updated content is implemented with SEO best practice, including metadata, headings and internal links.
Support ongoing optimisation of product and category pages to improve organic visibility.
Ensure all stakeholders are informed for approval.
Monthly Email Sends
Create and launch all monthly emails in line with the campaign calendar, with time for testing and review.
Ensure all stakeholder approvals are obtained before launch.
Promotional Activity
Ensure all promotional activity is set up and tested to specification before passing to stakeholders.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Collaborate with all departments to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date website content.
Participate in cross‑functional projects to ensure our customers have the best experience on our websites.

About You
* A degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
* Proven experience in an ecommerce environment is a must.
* Proficiency with CMS and ESP /marketing platforms (We use Adobe Magento & a bespoke CMS alongside Insider & Mailchimp.)
* Working HTML and CSS experience.
* Understanding of SEO best practices for ecommerce websites.
* Experience implementing metadata, alt text and keyword updates within a CMS.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Methodical thinker with an eye for detail and consistency.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
