Job Description:
You will be joining a forward-thinking, progressive office with a supportive and friendly atmosphere. The role provides an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Manager to become involved in a diverse and interesting client portfolio. Excellent on-the-job training will be provided, together with the opportunity to advance your career within a dynamic business.
As a US/UK Tax Manager (HNW), you are expected to manage a comprehensive client list, provide line management, and make a significant contribution to the operational success of the Firm through participation in Management Committee Meetings and through committee membership and/or leadership. You will have a direct contribution to the achievements of the performance targets, aims, and objectives of the business. The main purpose of the role is to advise your clients in connection with their tax affairs. You will ideally be working within a managerial capacity already or aspiring to as part of your journey. You will become part of the management team, including department work planning, appraisals, and directly guiding more junior team members on both technical and day-to-day matters.
A qualification such as an ACA/ATT/CTA is essential for this role. As part of the management, your journey will continue via mentorship by the senior management team to provide soft skills development, including client and staff management. Personal coaching will also be available as your journey continues beyond formal qualifications, tailored to your aspirations, and can even help you plot your route to Director/Partner.
