The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic individual to support our Sales and Marketing team with administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assist in achieving sales targets through administrative support.
* Maintain organized records of documents, reports, and trackers.
* Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and audit results.
* Manage weekly partner invoicing and monthly budget analysis.
* Handle bespoke terms and conditions requests professionally.
* Draft and distribute clear communications.
* Support the hotel RFP process to ensure smooth operations.
* Accurately load and manage preferential rates.
* Assist senior leaders with diary management and scheduling meetings.
* Keep secure and current records on shared drives.
* Log and organize data meticulously.
Requirements:
* Experience in administrative support within sales and marketing.
* Exceptional organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
