* You will work with a team of recovery workers and be responsible for co-ordination of the direct care for a cohort of individuals, working under the Assistant Practitioner and Nurses.
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Healthcare assistant to join the multidisciplinary team at Community Inpatient Unit (CIU) providing nursing and enablement services to patients within the rehab and recovery inpatient unit.
