This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team that
changes lives and saves lives!
As
an
Area Healthy
Communities
Manager,
you
will
be
responsible
for
implementing
the H
ealthy
C
ommunities
strategy. You
will
work
with
the
operational
teams to
deliver a range of key programmes such as
;
Exercise Referral, Big Sister, Cardiac Rehab, Falls Prevention
, Move Through Menopause and
Community
O
utreach
.
You
will also support
operations
in scoping,
developin
g
and delivering local projects.
In
addition, you
will
work with partners such as Local Authorities, the
NH
S
and Active Partnerships
to engage more people to be physically active.
You
will
continuously
work towards increasing social value, revenue
generation
and
health outcomes
.
The role will involve working
autonomously
,
problem solving and
influencing senior level colleagues/
partners
.
You
will
be covering the
South
region
,
which
covers
London
and the home counties, as a result you
will
be traveling
regularly
to
our leisure centres and
and
partner
organisations
.
A
ll travel expenses
will
be covered. Interviews are due to take place
