Role: Data Administrator / Accounts Assistant
Footprint Recycling is a waste management and environmental consultancy business. We are looking to expand our busy team.
We are seeking a Data Administrator with accounts support experience to join us in delivering excellent service to our customers. The role is primarily focused on accurate data management and reporting, while also providing assistance to the accounts team with invoicing, credits, and customer statements.
If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are confident with figures, and have strong IT and systems skills, we'd love to hear from you. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable, and previous accounts experience would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately reconciling tickets and reports against bookings in Microsoft Dynamics.
* Managing and maintaining data records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Preparing and checking weekly and monthly customer reports.
* Creating and maintaining spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
* Supporting the accounts team by:
* Raising sales invoices and credit notes in Microsoft Dynamics.
* Assisting with customer statements and credit control where required.
* Liaising with suppliers and customers via email and telephone to resolve queries.
* Monitoring and responding to incoming emails in a timely manner.
Skills & Experience:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Experience using Microsoft Dynamics (essential).
* Previous exposure to accounts processes (invoicing, credit notes, statements).
* Knowledge of Xero accounting software would be an advantage.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
