About the role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will join our friendly and professional call-handling team, which is the hub for customer contact within the organisation.
This is an exciting and fast-paced role that requires a wide range of knowledge. The team works closely with each other and with other teams across all areas of the business. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for Cornwall Housing’s customers, dealing with a high volume of contact through multiple channels including telephone, email, letter, forms, social media, and in-person interactions.
About you
To be successful, you should have:
* Experience within a customer-focused role.
* A genuine passion for helping people, empathy, and strong communication skills, both on the telephone and via email.
* Problem-solving skills, as you will be resolving queries and offering solutions to a wide variety of situations.
* IT skills are essential.

Contract details
