Responsibilities
1. Develop automation scripts and framework libraries for both UI and API testing.
2. Actively participate in Delivery Feature Teams with regards to impact analysis of design and implementation.
3. Define test plans and test cases for functional and end-to-end testing.
4. Drive in-sprint automation of Feature Deliveries, whilst championing automation best practices.
5. Perform detailed root cause analysis of defects and manage fix/retest cycles until sign off.
6. Produce regular Test Reports tomunicate delivery health to key stakeholders.
7. Mitigate roll-out risk through runbook reviews.
8. Collaborate closely with cross-functional and global teams (QA, Dev and Product Teams) to ensure high-quality product delivery.
9. Troubleshoot issues with Linux, containers, virtualization, and storage environments.
10. Mentor team members, guiding them on technical and domain-related queries.
11. Collaborate on process improvement initiatives within the wider m QA team.
12. Operate efficiently and effectively in a global, fast-paced, andplex matrix environment and be flexible with changes in priorities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
13. Good track record of delivering QA for Front Office Trading Systems.
14. Strong experience working within Investment Banking Markets Technology domain.
15. Strong hands-on experience in QA automation (UI and API automation).
16. Strong programming skills in Java.
17. Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Playwright for UI automation.
18. Experience of developing stubs and drivers.
19. Experience working with Git for version control.
20. Hands-on experience with CI tool such as Jenkins, TeamCity etc.
21. Previous active contribution to Cucumber automation frameworks.
22. Experience with ALM, Zephyr, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, OpenShift, Splunk.
23. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
24. Proven ability to work in a global team environment.
25. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills.
