Troi Search is delighted to be working exclusively with The Gym Group as they seek a Maternity Cover Delivery Manager to oversee a critical value stream for the business.
As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of full-stack digital projects within a value stream. Your role involves managing a team of digital specialists, coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will also identify and mitigate risks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure that the project aligns with the organisation's strategic objectives.
Within this value stream, you will work closely with Digital Marketing to enhance the "join journey" and make it as seamless as possible.
We are looking for someone with extensive delivery experience, particularly focused on Digital Sales, Conversion, and A/B Testing.
