They are one of the top performing teams in software M&A.They are looking to recruit a Associate into their very busy technology M&A team.The role will focus on:Working on the execution of transactions including software/ technology acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs.Financial modelling and analystsDeal structuring and valuationsWorking on the preparation and presentation of business plans, information memorandum and supporting financial information for other partiesLiaising with clientsFull involvement in the shole deal processThey are interested in meeting Manager to Associate Director professionals/ ACAs from the lead advisory, transaction services OR M&A team of the major accounting firms. The successful candidate will have a very strong deal sheet in the tech space, and a genuine interest in tech banking.
