Job description
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support within the security assurance team.
* Assist in the coordination and management of security documentation and records.
* Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
* Support the preparation and review of security assurance reports.
* Manage communication with suppliers regarding security requirements and protocols.
* Assist in organising meetings, workshops, and reviews related to security assurance.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective security compliance.
Job Requirements:
* Essential:
o Excellent organisation skills, with experience of using MS Excel and SharePoint.
*
o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt these skills to different circumstances and to be able to apply these skills across of levels of the enterprise
*
o Data gathering and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
o Experience of working within a Supplier security, cyber security or information security team or other cyber security experience
*
o SharePoint site administration experience
Security:
BPSS + SC + UK Eyes Only
This role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct and/or indirect access to ITAR Material which means there are restriction.
