We have an exciting roadmap for new products, services, production capacity, and business expansion. As a result, we are growing our teams and currently have an opening for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer within our newly established Green-Tec Brand.

Role Responsibilities
* Lead electrical development and documentation of design processes for company products.
* Ensure the accuracy and successful delivery of product design projects, including product definition, design phases, concessions, and production permits.
* Design, prototype, assess, and review electrical components and assemblies.
* Support product acceptance, testing, and validation activities.
* Participate in requirements and design review meetings.
* Analyze electrical components, assemblies, systems, and manufacturing processes.
* Oversee and participate in prototyping activities.
* Support manufacturing and shop floor activities when required.
* Provide technical support across manufacturing, development, and procurement.
* Assist in component selection and develop tests to verify performance.
* Provide technical assistance to internal and external customers, including at customer sites.
* Support problem-solving and troubleshooting within cross-functional teams.
* Maintain technical knowledge through ongoing professional development.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 4+ years in heavy equipment industry.
* Experience in designing 12/24VDC control systems, including CAN bus, Modbus, etc.
* Experience in electrical control panel design (desired: Zuken E3 Series).
* Knowledge of standards like EN60204, ISO12100.
* Ability to troubleshoot machinery malfunctions.
* Experience in developing PLC software (preferably IQAN & CoDeSys 3.5).
* Knowledge of hydraulic systems is a plus.
* Self-motivated and independent individual.
* Strong project management and analytical skills.
* Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
