We're on the lookout for a HR Services Officer to join the passionate team supporting our policing family where you will offer a resilient customer focussed service and provide valuable 1st line advice to Derbyshire Constabulary and Leicestershire Police in a fast-faced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Provide a high quality service covering recruitment, training and post-employment.
* Maintain accurate and secure HR data.
* Contribute to the continuous development of the HR Shared Service Centre.
The must haves
* Experience managing confidential information with professionalism and care.
* Background in HR and providing advice on policies and processes.
* Outstanding customer service skills.
