Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive real change? We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Website Analyst with hands-on experience in Adobe tools (or similar) to join our team. In this pivotal role, your reporting will uncover meaningful insights into user behaviour, that shape digital experiences and directly influence strategic decisions across a diverse range of business sectors.
You'll be using Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools to monitor and optimise website performance; support A/B testing and collaborate with teams across Saga. From customer journey funnels to improving conversion, your work conducting competitive analysis and identifying opportunities for enhancement will make a visible impact across our digital estate.

*Hybrid working, your allocated Hub will be London, King's Cross or Folkestone, Enbrook. You will need to be willing to commute to the London and Folkestone hubs as required, at least once a month. Travel to locations that are not your base hub is expensed.

Main Responsibilities
Website Performance Analysis: Utilise Adobe Analytics to monitor and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimisation.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting: Develop and deliver regular reports using Adobe Analytics to present actionable insights to stakeholders, focusing on areas of improvement in user experience and overall website performance.
A/B Testing & Optimisation: Support the Digital team by creating analytics reports for A/B and multivariate tests with Adobe Target to optimise user experience, content effectiveness, and conversion rates.
User Behaviour & Engagement Analysis: Leverage Adobe Analytics to analyse user journeys, identify drop-off points, and recommend changes that enhance customer interactions with the website. Also use session replay and heatmaps to expand this understanding.
Tag Management: Manage and ensure accurate tracking and tagging on the website through Adobe Launch to capture relevant data on user behaviour and website interactions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with UX design, product management, development, marketing, CRM and content teams to prioritise website enhancements and implement changes based on insights gained.
Technical Troubleshooting: Collaborate with IT or development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance, analytics tracking, or functionality using Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
Competitive & Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities, using Adobe Analytics to conduct competitive analysis and identify new opportunities for website improvements.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in website analytics or digital marketing, with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Launch).
Strong proficiency in Adobe Analytics (or a similar platform) for tracking website performance, user behaviour, and reporting.
Familiarity with tag management and tracking implementation.
Strong understanding of website performance, SEO, and content optimisation strategies.
Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred (but not required) Skills:
Experience with Adobe Target for A/B testing, personalisation, and content optimisation.
Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Experience with heatmapping tools or user session recording tools for enhanced website analysis, like Medallia/Decibel, Hot Jar, or Content Square.
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, conversion optimisation, and data segmentation.
