We are partnering with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) in Stafford looking for an experienced Project Engineer. This role combines hands-on technical work with project management responsibilities, delivering IT solutions to a variety of business clients.
Role Overview
As a Project Engineer, you will lead and implement IT projects across multiple client environments. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
* Deploy and configure servers, networking equipment, cloud services, and business applications.
* Work with clients to understand requirements, plan timelines, and manage expectations.
* Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and contractors to execute projects efficiently.
* Support Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and networking solutions.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, configurations, and post-project reports.
* Provide escalation support for complex technical issues when required.
