£25,700 + bonus | Hybrid (2 days office, 3 days WFH)

We’re working with a leading global organisation that is expanding its Client Services team. They are looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives who are confident communicators and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
If you have previous customer service experience—whether in an office, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment—and you’re looking to develop your career within a professional, supportive business, this could be an excellent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage client and adviser queries via phone, email, and letter
* Take ownership of customer enquiries and see them through to resolution
* Provide clear, accurate information on products and services
* Handle calls professionally and resolve concerns effectively
* Support vulnerable customers with care and patience
* Build rapport and maintain high service standards
Person Specification
* Previous customer service experience required
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
* Confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport
* Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
* Comfortable using digital tools and open to learning new systems
* Good level of education (GCSEs or equivalent, including English & Maths)
